Itami Laboratory, Department of Electrical, Electronics and Bioengineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, exhibited at Sagamihara SDGs EXPO in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the city's incorporation, in collaboration with a company with which they have a research partnership.

This event was held to build momentum toward the achievement of the SDGs and to encourage companies, organizations, and individual citizens to take action.

Our laboratory introduced a smart device designed to prevent back pain among nurses and caregivers, and many people, including the mayor and deputy mayor of Sagamihara City, visited our booth to learn about the results of our joint research.
